About Compass Commercial
Regulated by the RICS, Compass Commercial is a Tunbridge Wells based firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants acting as advisors to both landlords and tenants in the West Kent, and East and West Sussex areas.
Compass Commercial was established in 2002 by Rod Hindley, who is a chartered surveyor and a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuers Registration Scheme with over 25 years of local property market knowledge.
Prior to forming Compass Commercial, he gained experience in London working for Richard Ellis and David Lewis & Company before joining Black Horse Agencies Geering & Colyer as a commercial manager of the Tunbridge Wells office in 1987 and establishing the partnership of Hindley Howse in 1991.
